Glitchy Channel?
Did you just visit a channel that kept playing the last second of a song repeatedly? That's what happens when somebody leaves their station online and doesn't add a new song after the first song is done. In any case, LiveIPs throws the station offline automatically, after some time has passed.
However, please, if you are a channel owner, logout once you are done. Your listeners won't really like being thrown in such a loop.
